Location Description

Williston is a growing community with a bright future. Williston is a city in and the county seat of Williams County. The 2010 census gave its population as 14,716, and the Census Bureau gave the 2013 estimated population as 20,850, making Williston the sixth largest city in North Dakota. The North Dakota oil boom is largely responsible for the sharp increase in population. North Dakota consistently ranks as the #1 safest state, #10 most livable state, and #9 healthiest state in the nation. Most recently, North Dakota was listed as “The Happiest State” by several outlets, based on a study by the Gallup Healthways Well-being Index. The Property is located near the intersection of Highways 2 and 85, giving the tenant direct access to much of the hub of oilfield activity in the Williston Basin and Bakken formation. The Property is located in the newly built 13 Mile Center, an approximately 80 acre commercial park serving a variety of businesses and oilfield operators. By the end of 2025, the Bakken formation could become the largest domestic producer making this location critical to the ongoing expansion of this largely domestic oilfield servicer's business.
